Hi Mandy and Ricot
Ricot and Mandy
A big relief from all of us back home (NB Canada)to hear that you made it safely. I was thinking about the twist and turns you guys have experienced in your travels to Haiti. Seeing your perseverance(whew—-not throwing in the towel when it was all wet), patience (waiting on the Lord to send you guys on your way when he was ready), trust and love( not once was there doubt, close but no cigar). The way you both have put the lord first will only strengthen the love you have for each other and with that make your missionary work a god sent!!
Amen
Dad
Glad to here that you are both okay…you both were the first ones I thought of when we heard of the earthquake but then Philip reminded me that Pam and Mike were on the same island….needed a geography lesson which I took very quickly.
We daily pray for you…that your strength with come from Him. I believe that Andrew (our son) has been in contact with both Jean and Ishmael…he lived with them last year in Calgary….take care and may God bless you as you continue to work for His kingdom….
